Sunburst green sandwich dial, with indexes filled with Super-Luminova® BGW9 to provide exceptional readability day and night.

The rendering of Super-LumiNova varies depending on its color.
Lighter shades allow for faster charging and provide intense, long-lasting luminosity. Darker shades, on the other hand, produce a more subtle effect with a more moderate light intensity. Proper light exposure is essential to fully activate the luminescence.

The choice of color also responds to aesthetic considerations: it is often a question of finding the right balance between luminous performance and visual harmony. For watches whose specifications require maximum nighttime readability, white Super-LumiNova is generally preferred.

In this case, if we compare the intensity of the Luminova C-03, currently the most powerful on the market and therefore equivalent to 100% according to the LumiNova classification, the Luminova BG W9 used for this version offers a luminous efficiency of approximately 95%.

WATERPROOFING

Water-resistant to 100 m (10 ATM), this watch, designed for pilots and travelers, benefits from the expertise acquired during projects carried out with various elite units of the French army. A true operational pilot's watch, made in Akrone.

To avoid any damage due to water infiltration,use while swimming should be limited to watches with screw-down crowns, such as those designed for diving. Push-in crowns, used on aviation watches, can open accidentally, by getting caught on clothing for example. And in water, an opening crown is almost guaranteed to lead to water infiltration. Prevention is better than cure.

BRACELETS

The watch comes with a FKM rubber strap, which is soft, comfortable and particularly durable.

Optionally, a gunmetal finish titanium bracelet with an adjustable deployment clasp is available at the preferential price of €85 incl. VAT instead of €130 incl. VAT if ordered separately.

A tool is provided with the titanium strap to allow you to adjust it to your liking. The strap is also equipped with quick release spring bars, for simple and quick installation on the watch.

A video tutorial is provided to guide you through adjusting the titanium strap. No adjustments are made remotely.

Our straps are offered in one size, suitable for wrist sizes from 16 to 19.5 cm.
