Two options. One level of requirement.

Essential Formula

Partial maintenance – a clean sweep, without compromising on precision.
Recommended to maintain the proper functioning of the watch and to space out periods of complete revision.
Use to maintain the accuracy and reliability of your watch over time.
From €95 including VAT

This service includes:
– Ultrasonic cleaning of the housing
– Replacement of seals
– Precision adjustment
– Final checks: watertightness and chronocomparator test

Integral Formula

Complete overhaul — a technical overhaul, to start again as if it were the first day.
Recommended after 5 years of daily use or in case of lack of care given to the watch.
From €180 including VAT (Japanese movement)
From €230 including tax (Swiss or French movement)

This service includes:
– Complete disassembly of the movement
– Thorough cleaning of each component
– Replacement of wear parts if necessary (on estimate)
– Adjustments, reassembly, final checks

Warranty: 1 year on the intervention

The right rhythm

Quality maintenance takes time.
The average time is 8 to 12 weeks , depending on the complexity of the intervention and the availability of components.
Some references may require additional time.

Important : from the beginning of November to mid-January, the workshop is fully mobilized for end-of-year assembly and deliveries.
No support, outside of warranty, can be provided during this period.

Ship your watch according to the procedure that will be sent to you
Upon receipt, a diagnosis and a quote will be sent to you within the following days.

Pre-owned watches

The service remains accessible if you purchased your Akrone second-hand, provided you present:
– The original invoice
– The warranty card

These supporting documents are essential to guarantee that the watch legitimately belongs to you.
In case of doubt about the origin, Akrone reserves the right to refuse support.
