Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM. (by appointment only)
Closed weekends, public holidays, and during the summer closure.

Showroom
The showroom is a space dedicated to discovering and trying on our collections.
Visits are by appointment only, with confirmation sent the day after your request.
Please limit your visit to a maximum of 2 or 3 people.

Purchases can only be made on our website. As our watches are assembled to order, an assembly lead time should always be expected.

After-Sales Service – Watch drop-off
Before visiting, please complete the service request form available in the After-Sales Service section of the Akrone website.
The workshop only services watches manufactured by Akrone. No multi-brand service is offered.

Prerequisites: You must have received an email confirmation that your order is ready for collection.

Make an appointment to collect your order and have your watch bracelet adjusted at the showroom.

Prerequisite: Have received a confirmation email that your order is ready for collection beforehand.

Appointment - Bracelet adjustment only

I already have my watch and would like the strap adjusted.
