Horaires
Du lundi au vendredi, de 10h à 17h. (sur rdv uniquement)
Fermé les week-ends, les jours fériés et pendant la fermeture estivale.

Showroom
Le showroom est un espace dédié à la découverte et à l’essai de nos collections.
L’accueil se fait uniquement sur rendez-vous, avec confirmation envoyée le jour suivant votre demande.
Merci de limiter votre venue à 2 ou 3 personnes maximum.

Les achats s’effectuent exclusivement sur notre site internet. Nos montres étant assemblées à la commande, un délai d’assemblage est toujours à prévoir.

SAV – dépôt de montre
Avant toute venue, merci de compléter le formulaire de prise en charge disponible dans la section SAV du site Akrone.
L’atelier prend uniquement en charge les montres fabriquées par Akrone. Aucun service multimarque n’est proposé.

Make an appointment to collect your order and have your watch bracelet adjusted at the showroom.

Prerequisite: Have received a confirmation email that your order is ready for collection beforehand.

Appointment - Bracelet adjustment only

I already have my watch and would like the strap adjusted.

Prerequisite: Already own your Akrone watch

Appointment - After-Sales Service drop-off

Make an appointment to drop off your watch for after-sales service at the workshop

Prerequisites: You must have completed the online after-sales service request form directly on our website

Appointment - After-sales service collection

Book an appointment to pick up your watch after-sales service at the workshop.

Prerequisite: Have received a confirmation email of availability beforehand
