The company AKRONE SAS (hereinafter “we” or “AKRONE”), whose full contact details appear in our Legal Notices, is responsible for the collection and processing of personal data carried out via the website www.akrone.fr (hereinafter the “Site”) or when purchasing products and services from us.

We respect:

Under no circumstances does AKRONE resell or rent your personal data to third parties.
6. Retention periods
Your data is kept for a period proportionate to the purpose of the processing and in accordance with legal obligations:
- Customer account: kept as long as you remain a customer and/or until a request for deletion or prolonged inactivity (3 years by default),
- Orders: invoicing and order data kept for the legal or regulatory period (in particular for accounting purposes: 10 years),
- Newsletter / marketing emails: until unsubscribed via the link provided or in the event of prolonged inactivity (3 years),
- Cookies: lifespan and deletion methods indicated in the dedicated section.
7. User Rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act, you have the following rights at any time regarding your data:

This analysis takes place automatically in the background as soon as you access the Site, and includes various elements (IP address, time spent, mouse movements, etc.).
The collected data is transmitted to Google and used in accordance with their privacy policy and the reCAPTCHA terms of use.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (article 6-1-f of the GDPR) aimed at protecting our Site against spam and automated abuse.
10. Newsletter / Marketing Emails
To send our newsletters, we use the Klaviyo solution, which is committed to complying with GDPR requirements.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each newsletter.
The data processed in this context (mainly your email address) is then deleted or anonymized so that it no longer appears in our active lists.
