OUR VISION

The C-02 Heritage Decompression model captures the codes of the 60s and 70s diver's watches: stylish, robust, and a true decompression table, just like in the old days. Carefully crafted in a limited edition, there are still a few models available for those who love watches with character, well-made, and without compromise.

Bezel function

A WRIST DECOMPRESSION TABLE

The C-02 Heritage Decompression uses a real decompression table, engraved on the bezel like in the 1960s. It's really useful when diving: easy to read, useful for tracking your decompression stops. A technical choice above all, with a nod to vintage watches.

Made in France

alternative to Swiss Made

The C-02 Heritage features a France Ébauche Top finition movement. Designed, machined, decorated for Akrone and adjusted in our workshop in Nantes. Genuine watchmaking work, made in France, that has nothing to envy of Swiss Made.

The rendering of Super-LumiNova varies depending on its color.
Lighter shades allow for faster charging and provide intense, long-lasting luminosity. Darker shades, on the other hand, produce a more subtle effect with a more moderate light intensity. Proper light exposure is essential to fully activate the luminescence.

The choice of color also responds to aesthetic considerations: it is often a question of finding the right balance between luminous performance and visual harmony. For watches whose specifications require maximum nighttime readability, white Super-LumiNova is generally preferred.

In this case, if we compare the intensity of the Luminova C-03, currently the most powerful on the market and therefore equivalent to 100% according to the LumiNova classification, the Luminova BG W9 used for this version offers a luminous efficiency of approximately 95%.

MOVEMENT

France-Ebauches automatic movement - Designed / Machined / Assembled / Adjusted in France. With special decorations for Akrone: Personalized weight, rhodium-plated rose gold, Côtes de Genève on the bridges, blued screws, snailing.

The C-02 is designed for divers and benefits from the experience gained from elite corps such as customs divers, mine clearance divers, and marines. It is equipped with a screw-down crown: to ensure water resistance, it must be pushed in and then screwed down firmly to prevent any infiltration of water or moisture. A truly operational diver's watch, made in Akrone.

BRACELETS

Tropic FKM bracelet, one size fits all: designed for wrist sizes from 16 to 19.5 cm (in the basic pack)

Steel bracelet with technical folding clasp (optional): to be adjusted upon receipt, it fits wrists from 16 to 22 cm. The folding clasp is equipped with a diving extension system, allowing you to gain up to 1.3 cm

Your watch comes with the main Tropic strap already installed (standard size suitable for wrists from 16 to 19 cm). If you have selected the steel bracelet option (to be checked when ordering), it is added to the package as an extra. A video tutorial is provided for adjusting the straps. No adjustments are made remotely.
