Warranty & After-Sales Service — What you need to know

Each Akrone watch is assembled and inspected in our Nantes workshop. The warranty covers manufacturing defects for three years from the date of purchase. Any issues covered by this warranty must be reported within this period. Once the warranty expires, requests are processed through our out-of-warranty service (overhaul or paid repair).

The processing time depends on the period and diagnosis, and whether the repair is simple or more complex. The watch warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Bracelets and accessories are not included in this specific warranty; their lifespan varies depending on the materials and use. However, they remain covered by the legal guarantee of conformity.
