After-sales service - warranty conditions

• Warranty: 3 years from the date of delivery
• Not covered: accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, straps, accessories, batteries
• Out of warranty: revision or repair upon quotation
• Used items: the one-year commercial warranty offered with new purchases is not transferable
• Free watch: no commercial warranty without a sales contract

Return procedures will be communicated on the Friday following your request. Do not ship anything before receiving this information.
