Warranty service

Each Akrone watch is assembled, adjusted and checked in our workshop.
If a covered defect occurs, our after-sales service will take care of the repair, free of charge.
Estimated time: 2 to 5 weeks, depending on the period and diagnosis.

The 3-year warranty covers manufacturing defects*.
It does not apply to normal wear and tear, impacts, improper use or lack of maintenance.
Straps (leather, nylon, rubber) are not covered.

The invoice and warranty card must be attached to prove ownership of the watch and the validity of the warranty.
