Out-of-warranty revision
Buying Akrone also means thinking long term.
Our watchmaking workshop in Nantes provides maintenance and restoration for Akrone watches whose three-year warranty has expired or whose request does not fall within the warranty conditions.
Before any work is carried out, you will receive a quote. We invite you to consult the price list available at the bottom of the page to get an idea of the expected cost. Average lead times are 9 to 15 weeks, depending on the diagnosis and component availability. The revision service is not offered between November and mid-January or in August: please anticipate your requests.
It is not mandatory to have your watch serviced at Akrone once the warranty has expired. A local watchmaker in your area is fully capable of performing routine maintenance (mechanism overhaul, oil changes, gaskets and wear parts, and adjustments). However, Akrone does not supply spare parts to external workshops.
