Buying Akrone also means thinking long term.
Our watchmaking workshop, based in Nantes, takes care of the maintenance and restoration of your Akrone watches.
This service is reserved exclusively for our customers, upon presentation of a certificate of authenticity and a purchase invoice.
Each intervention is carried out on site, in compliance with our standards.
Average lead time: 8 to 12 weeks*, depending on the period and the nature of the service requested.
No support is available between November and mid-January. We encourage you to plan your requests outside of this period.
Once the warranty has expired, you can entrust your watch to a trusted local watchmaker.
However, spare parts are not supplied to external workshops.
