On June 1, 2025, the Hyères Naval Air Base celebrated its centenary with an exceptional air show. We were asked to design the commemorative watch for this anniversary, and we were naturally there to support this unique event. An honor for our team, which confirms our expertise in creating premium watchmaking projects for the French armed forces.
For the occasion, we created a limited-edition watch: 100 pieces created especially for the base's 100th anniversary. A piece that won over the members of the BAN and fully illustrates our expertise in serving the armed forces.
On site, we had the pleasure of meeting the buyers of this edition and rediscovering the units with which we have already collaborated: the ALAT, the 11F (Rafale), the 33F, the 34F and the 36F, which is part of the Hyères BAN. With the latter, a new project is also underway… A nice surprise for our customers, which we will soon have the opportunity to unveil!
With over 100 projects completed for the military, we had many partners and fleets to celebrate. These exchanges were an opportunity to share a common passion for watchmaking and strengthen our ties with those who serve.
The air show attracted over 40,000 visitors who came to admire helicopters, historic aircraft, and modern aircraft. The Rafale and the Patrouille de France provided a spectacular finale.
The BAN's Pasha and the event's organizing teams allowed our clients, as well as the winners of the tickets offered through the Akrone Club and their companions, to enjoy the VIP area and a unique view of the meeting. On this scorching day, the coolness of the VIP area and the comfort of a privileged seat were particularly appreciated. Unfortunately, some were unable to reach the VIP area at the scheduled time, as the dense crowd made access difficult. But this is only a postponement: other events are to come!
A random draw allowed one visitor to take home one of the watches created for the Hyères National Bank. Congratulations to the winner and thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of the day.
Next up: the Saint Clotilde ceremony at Les Invalides on June 6. We will be there once again as part of our partnership with the C-03 ALAT GMT project, carried out for ALAT's 70th anniversary. Clémentine, Lealia, and Maxime will have the honor of representing our team and presenting the check, thus continuing our commitment to Entraide ALAT.
