Before submitting your request

Please read the following steps carefully before completing the form:

1. This form is mandatory for all service requests, whether under warranty or out of warranty, including maintenance, servicing or restoration.

2. Please have your warranty card and proof of purchase ready. These documents are required.

3. Please review the warranty terms before submitting your request.

4. Once the form has been submitted, our workshop will send you the procedure to follow on the Friday following your request.

5. Please do not send your watch before receiving our return instructions and confirmation of an available service slot.
